Time for a trim

I put it off as long as I could, but his hair really was getting in his eyes. Merry Christmas Cal! You got a hair cut. :)

Let him eat cake!

We tried. It was a very tasty carrot cake. Cal is a big fan of carrots and cream cheese so how could we go wrong? Let's just say playing with cake proved far more fun than eating cake. Plus, it guaranteed a bath later and baths are always fun.

Here's the lovely cake. Notice how it matches the dinosaur.

Cal wasn't so into the cake straight away.

But it got more interesting.

Happy Birthday Cal!

It's been one year, and what a year it's been. Here's a little slideshow of Cal from the last year. A few favorites that you may have seen and a few that were too great to pass over. One for every month, up through today!

Early Birthday presents

Grammie & Grampa rock! :) Thanks for my new toys. I'm not sure what the little book says yet, but Daddy says I can do all the things in it (wave, clap and play peek-a-boo)!

Random Shots

All set for outdoor adventures. Although I'm not totally sold on the hat, I can be talked into it in exchange for a walk to the park.

I am an excellent eater these days.

Waking the sleeping giant...

He looks so sweet and innocent.
